Tony Friar and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of Patterton SPV Limited - in Administration (the 'Company') on 24 September 2010. Following Tony Friar's resignation from KPMG LLP, Alistair McAlinden was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 27 September 2018.

Blair Nimmo was appointed Administrator of Patterton SPV Limited - in Administration (the 'Company') on 24 September 2010.  Alistair McAlinden was appointed Administrator of Patterton SPV Limited - in Administration (the 'Company') on 27 September 2018.

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of appointment, you can register a claim by completing a statement of claim form.
