Manor Mills LLP - in Administration (the 'Company') was placed into administration on 26 March 2010 and Mark Firmin, Howard Smith and Brian Green were appointed as Joint Administrators. As a result of a Block Transfer, Jonny Marston replaced Mark Firmin as Joint Administrator on 29 July 2016. Furthermore, on 5 September 2016 an Order was made by the High Court removing Brian Green as Joint Administrator of the Company, following his resignation from KPMG LLP.
