DC RMS Holdings Limited – in Administration

Will Wright and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Administrators of DC RMS Holdings Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 17 February 2015.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Will Wright and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Administrators of DC RMS Holdings Limited ("Holdings") and DC RMS Limited ("DCRMS") (trading as Drum Cussac) on 17 February 2015, at the request of the Companys' directors.

Shortly following appointment, the Joint Administrators concluded a pre-packaged sale of the Intelligence, Technology and Response part of the business under taken by DCRMS to Drum Cussac Group Limited, a subsidiary of Root Capital LLP, an independent third party. As a result of the sale, 55 employees transferred to the purchaser. The purchaser are looking to continue trading the business under their control, and will be contacting customers and suppliers directly regarding ongoing trade.
