Rob Croxen and Will Wright were appointed Joint Administrators of RMRT Limited formerly known as BFP Wholesale Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 3 May 2016.

Update to unsecured creditors

A first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of 1.3p in the £ was declared on 1 February 2018.

Unsecured creditors should note that any dividend cheques that will remain unpresented on 1 August 2018 (i.e. six months from the date of issue) will be cancelled. All unclaimed dividends will be forwarded to the Insolvency Service.

Any unsecured creditor who wishes to reclaim their dividend after 1 August 2018 should contact the Insolvency Service at the address below:

Update to Retention of Title creditors

We would like to clarify that on 6 May 2016 we completed a partial sale of the Company’s business and assets, including all stock, to C & C 25 Limited ("the Purchaser"). Any creditor who wishes to claim retention of title over goods/stock supplied to the Company prior to the administration should email Ms Fiona Macfadyen on Fiona.macfadyen@campbelldallas.co.uk who will contact you directly.

Alternatively, forward details of your claim to supplier@bfpwholesale.com.  We will forward all emails sent to this inbox to the Purchaser.

Change of registered name

The Company's registered name, BFP Wholesale Limited, has been changed to RMRT Limited with effect from 11 May 2016.
